Direct Entry (DE) Admission Requirements for Biomedical Engineering/Technology
If you want to study Biomedical Engineering / Technology in any of the Nigerian Universities listed below, and don’t want to apply for admission through UTME, then you must ensure that you meet the Requirements for Direct Entry admission to study Bio-medical Technology below:
- You are required to have two (2) ‘A’ level passes in Chemistry and any one of Physics, Biology/Botany/ Zoology, and Mathematics.
i). FUTO requires at least an ‘A’ level pass which must not be below ‘C’ in Physics and any two (2) of Mathematics, Chemistry, and Biology. They also accept HND/ND upper credits in Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Technology, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Electrical/Electronic Engineering. Candidates must, in addition, satisfy the UTME requirements. FUTO doesn’t accept NCE or first degree.
