3). ESUTECH and COOU accept ‘O’ level pass in Use of English Language.
4). MAUTY requires Chemistry, Physics, and Biology/Further Mathematics/ Technical Drawing/ Geography/ GSM maintenance/ Electrical Installation and Maintenance Work/ Computer Studies and IT/ Basic Electricity/Electronics.
5). COVENANT requires 5 ‘O’ level credit passes in Chemistry, Use of English Language, Physics, Mathematics, and either Biology, Technical Drawing, or Further Mathematics.
6). NTNU requires:
i). Mathematics, Use of English Language and either Chemistry or Physics and any other 2 Science subjects.
ii). ‘O’ level credit pass in Geography as the fifth (5th) Science subject.
7). NDA accepts one other Science/Technical subject among Further Mathematics, Technical Drawing, Biology, Basic Electricity, Geography, and Electronic Engineering.
8). OSUSTECH accepts O’level credit pass in Further Mathematics.
9). NDU requires five (5) ‘O’ level credit passes in Chemistry, Use of English Language, Physics, Mathematics, and any science or social science subject at not more than 2 sittings.

1). EKSU accepts HND lower credit in Electrical Engineering as well as ND upper credit in Electrical Engineering.
2). COOU also accepts ND/HND lower credit in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering.
3). LAUTECH, BAUCHI, and AAU do not accept D7 in Use of English Language.
4). FUTA accepts ND upper credit or its equivalent and professional qualification in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and this must be in any related programs or an ‘A’ level passes or its equivalents in Mathematics, Chemistry, and Physics.
5). BAUCHI and ESUTECH accept ND/HND in relevant programs in addition to UTME requirements.
6). OAU requires ND/HND upper credit.
7). UNAAB accepts `A’ level passes in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or its equivalent. They also accept ND upper credit in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or any other relevant program.
8). UNIJOS requires ‘A’ level or IJMB passes in Mathematics, Chemistry, and Physics. It also accepts ND (credit level) in Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related program from recognized institutions in Nigeria. They also accept ‘O’ level credit pass in Maths.
9). UNIZIK also requires a first degree in relevant programs.
10). NDA requires that the other Science subject must come from Further Mathematics, Technical Drawing, Geography, and Biology.
11). UNIOSUN accepts ND lower credit in Electrical/Electronics.
12). LAUTECH requires
i). ‘A’ level passes in Physics, Pure Mathematics, Chemistry, or Applied Mathematics.
ii). ND/HND Upper credit in Computer Science, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering plus UTME requirements.
13). FUTO accepts at least 2 ‘A’ level passes which mustn’t be below C in Physics or Chemistry and Mathematics. They also accept ND/HND upper credit in Engineering in addition to UTME requirements. They don’t accept first-degree or NCE.
14). MAUTECH requires;
i). GCE `A’ level passes in Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics.
ii). HND Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
iii). ND upper credit in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
15). NDU and UNIPORT – both don’t accept Direct Entry.
16). OOU and MOUA accept ND/HND into appropriate levels in addition to the UTME requirements.
17). UNIILORIN – Relevant Programmes include Electronics Engineering Technology and/or Electrical, Power Systems Engineering, Computer Technology, Telecommunications or Communication Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, and Instrumentation Engineering.
